No. Those are most likely just stolen accounts or plain up scams.

Possibly bad due to some of the following:

• Violate terms and conditions for the websites with the Accounts.  There may be consequences if you are discovered using or selling the accounts.
• Without an official transfer of ownership by the Site with the Account, you may be inadvertently associate with the previous user's activities.  For instance, you sell a car and do not record the title transfer.  The car is involved in a traffic accident and found to be a mechanical issue.  You may be held liable.

I have no idea if it is legit.
