I like hibiscus myself. It’s the red in red zinger.  Has a lot of vitamin C.  Makes it a touch sour.  Sour can be a good substitute for sweet.  There are also herbal teas that are sweet.  Good earth does one.  Tea (as in tea leaf tea) is a weird one.  Black tea is oxidized leaves.  Green tea is the same leaf that has been rolled so the inner part avoids oxidation.  This means that a year old ground green tea is basically black tea.  Gunpowder green is usually rolled by a machine, and the name comes from its similarity to the grain size of the black  powder of old muzzle loading cannon.  Stuff apparently looks pretty similar.  Oolong tea is partially oxidized and can be nearly black or nearly green. White tea is green tea from baby tea leaves.  This may be the lowest caffeine level tea outside of herbal tea which often has no caffeine at all.  Matcha green is green tea leaves ground to powder and mixed into the water and drink.  It’s actually got a spanking amount of caffeine in it.

i get my hibiscus off eBay as a food item.  It’s used in Jamacan cooking. You can get a kilogram for a few dollars that way.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Rooibos (red) tea.

Roobios is added to earl grey to give it the distinctive flavor it has.  Some like it some don’t.  Me I think it tastes like what it is: tree bark.  I’m not everyone though.

Those are movie prop glasses though.  Pince nez spectacles don’t really work for more than a few minutes.  They hurt too much.  That’s why they’re basically always reading glasses.  There is a type that is held on with two nose bridge piercings but he doesn’t seem the type.

In China hot/warm water is as popular as soda in America, tea in England, so on.

It has a lot of anacdotal health benefits too.

I like it, but right now I'm on the carbonated water phase since work has the carbonated water makers.

I thought it was Washington only growing up, but it's also up here in Alaska. It's a far PNW mostly thing though. I'd be surprised if it's out east much at all.

Rainier at least used to be a cheap beer company in Colorado.  The owning company has a much better rep than the one that owns Coors, but my data is very very old.  So beer from the western US nazis don’t make money off of.  Though these days who knows?

I got a CO2 tank and a carbonator on the grounds that it was the same price as a soda stream and does the same thing, but came with what amounted to a lifetime supply of co2.  Haven’t used it lately, mu 2 litre bottles eventually wore out, and I grew to prefer tea.

Working in paintball, we get a lot of soda stream refills.

They make an adapter so you can use a paintball CO2 tank. Much cheaper.

When I was in college we drank a lot of Houenstein mostly because it was ¢23 a bottle if you returned the empty case.  My room mate kept caps only from that brand and only beer he drank in his room.  Came out to like 105 gallons or something.  It at least is stuff you can’t make canoe jokes about.  It’s only available in Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota though so far as I know.  Grain belt is also not bad.  They do one called nordeast which was betas in that minneapolis neighborhood that’s actually kind of excellent.

There are two different Budweiser companies.  Wisconsin and Eastern Europe.  Might be Poland. The American bud is the famous one, but the euro bud is the one worth drinking.  Again, long ago though.  For all I know the American one bought the euro one and ruined it
