Watercooled PS4?

how about watercooling ram with RGB tubing?

well water cooling your water cooling loop for you water cooling loop. or just water cooling your rubix cube that you keep on top of your GPU

If you want to get really logical,

 

If you sit someone in a bathtub full of water, then it's technically watercooling, only a passive form. Similar to the radiator case LTT did, all the heat is just dissipated.

 

So following that logic, the stupidest thing one could watercool would be my brother if he was to sit in a bathtub full of water.

Funny enough... water cooling humans is pretty common. It is a vest that you wear and water from a reservoir of chilled water is pumped through it (if you didn't know). Pretty popular with desert racing and playing in the dunes. No comment on your brother's intelligence though...

 

As for the dumbest PC part to water cool? I would have to go with power supply...

I would've gone with BIOS chip, watercooling a PSU sure sounds crazy, but PSUs generate more heat than say your Southbridge(chipset) or BIOS chip.
