wouldn' t reccommend it. it should be enough but won' t leave much headroom further down the line or with extra periferals

You probably could, I personally wouldn't run it on less than 400W.

I guess i might aswell upgrade my gpu and do you have any recommendations?

The highest you could go without having a CPU bottleneck is probably a GTX 970 or 980. But none of those will run on anything lower than maybe 550W.

I like the Corsair CX550M. Handles my R5 1600(overclocked to 3.7Ghz) and my overclocked GTX 780(overclocked to 1105Mhz) really well.

Wow you guys hurt my brain.

Yes a FSP 350w is way more than adequate for a 1050ti.

I would never really recommend running anything on a 350w power supply, especially not if you're going to be using the machine for extended periods of time. But from looking at your other components 350w would be the bare minimum. I would honestly get something a little beefier just to give yourself a bit more breathing room. Especially for the sake of 10-20 of your currency.

I'll try help you out. I'm partial to certain vendors but I'll never pretend to know something I don't. Stay cool.

Depends on how old that 350W FSP PSU is.

If it is 15 years old: naa, absolutely not.

If it is 10 Years old: naa, absolutely not.

So what are you talking about??

Absolutely because there are better units in the 400W+ Range than under it.

And the cables are also longer...

So it makes sense to look for 400W instead.

So how old of a PSU should someone run a 1050Ti on?

Depends on the PSU, form factor and especially quality.

So can't really say without knowing what he has, I'd say somewhere between 3 and 5 years.
