what do you use your AMD FX tin for ?

Skeletonfish

Mine didn't come with a tin can, sadly. They might have stopped producing them.

I'd use it to store change.

That's kinda odd that you didn't get one, I've gotten about 4, that being said they just lie around not doing much.

I got one from a friend. Just a box. I use to store cookies. :D

I use mine for storing flash drives

Preparing to RMA mine in it. My CPU doesn't seems to be stable even at stock clock.

Brilliant company to buy from.

I'd keep it on my shelf as a memorial item...

...if I had an FX -series processor.

Kinda regretting getting the 2600K now. Should've gone for the 8350...

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

Since it has a hole in it, it's not that useful for small things especially drugs for that matter.

Why does Intel not make a nice box for the high end CPU's?

I'd gotten an Intel CPU that costs >1000USD and it came in a small box, with no cooler to boot.  I do have an FX8350 as well, and I've simply kept the tin box in my cupboard....it's a nice tin box and I want to preserve it in good condition. Besides, the CPU cooler and receipt are still in it, didn't want to take them out and possibly lose them.
