I'm an expert in judging ages, I have a Harvard degree in age guessing. With my calculations he is roughly 1-100 years old.

This is getting a little creepy but I'd hazard a guess that he is in his early to mid 20's like Linus

 

Also can't emphasise the 'Creepy' part enough

Linus is closer to 30 than he is 20. 27 to be exact.
