Alienware M15 R6 Keyboard stops working

Hi I have an Alienware M15 R6 which sometimes will lose keyboard/ stops functionning. Sometimes, it will restart working if I delete it in device manager and reboot. The keyboard always works in BIOS when this happens. And at worst times, I have to reinstall windows from scratch... but once again, keyboard works in windows install...

 

External keyboards always seem to work too

 

Deleting alienware command center sometimes fixes the issue, but not always...

 

Should I replace the motherboard or keyboard?
