Either an ekwb pheonix or an a240 + 360mm rad addon.

 

Either option will stop all ov3r every other cooler on the market, including some custom loops.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Maybe I am just biased, but I have always thought the swiftech expandable AIO's were hard to beat. I know there are some alternatives to them now, but they all perform very similar to each other.

 

I have 2 systems currently that started out with swiftech AIO's then were expanded with a second radiator then another block for the gpu. Have yet to run into any issues with them. They perform almost on par with my full custom loop. There might be a 1c difference in DeltaT... so for the cost that is a great deal.
