Posted February 5, 2018 The R7 350 was a card designed to capitalize on the prevalence of cheapo e-sports rigs in Asia. For all intents and purposes, it's a simple rebrand of the R7 250, which is a hopelessly outdated card for all but the most basic games at 1080p today. Unless you can find it used for $35 or less (or new for sub-$60), I wouldn't bother with it. It's solid competition for the GTX 260 and HD 4870. For the 1030 and 750 Ti? Not so much. The 750 Ti is still pretty much the go-to low cost entry level card. The 950 wasn't powerful enough to replace it, the 460 and 560 aren't even all that much better than it, and the 1050 and 1050 Ti are priced like RX 470s and 480s were at launch. The 1030 is ok for what it is, but there are better bargains out there, and if you can find an RX 550 within a few bucks of the 1030, the 550 is a better choice. Neither one really takes down the 750 Ti though, so unless you need a single slot low-profile card or you can't handle the 60W draw of a 750 Ti, the 750 Ti is the way to go over the pricier 1030. Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
Posted February 5, 2018 Performance wise: 750Ti (you should include price in your final choise).
