hey guys ive been tryna install windows for hrs now and its stuck at 0% i did everything i searched, and still no difference. please do help me

Do it with an usb stick instead. Windows media tool and make a bootable usb drive .

server could be down that has the ISO.

Use Rufus and download ISO directly. Either with some magic tricks from MS download page (requires page to think that you aren't on Windows ) or use alternative download site (it's windowsiso.com or something like that ).
