In order to take an actual screenshot, you click printscreen key on your keyboard and CTRL-V in the textbox in the forum, or use "Snipping tool" in windows.

Problems with that build. CPU cooler is a known shit unit and is very underwhelming for your CPU. Did you also remove the sticker on the cold plate before installing it?

Yes I did Remove the cooler sticker…so is it the cooler that’s creating the problem?

Are you running your pump at maximum speed at all times (if not you should)

if you go to Task Manager and in performance, right click the CPU graph and "change graph to" "logical processors"

Note: Users receive notifications after Mentions & Quotes.

Feel free to ask any questions regarding my comments/build lists. I know a lot about PCs but not everything.

PC:

Ryzen 5 5600 |16GB DDR4 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

PCs I used before:

Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050

Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050

Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz | 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

Did you mean 100% USAGE or 100*C TEMPS.? Seems the few replies might think your talking about temps, but your title says Usage.

So just to clarify...

CPU Usage being 100% while doing little to nothing (when CPU is IDLE) could indicate some CPU Miner virus/malware..

CPU Temps being 100*c would indicate a bad cooler mount/install not being done right or a defecting pump.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Usage…when it’s idle it’s around 2% or 4%…but if I launch literally anything, even brave it’s hitting 100% and sometimes goes down or stay for a while

Usage

The Task Manager graphs show Utilization. That is not the same as Usage. Intel CPUs that use a high percentage of turbo boost will show much higher Utilization compared to actual usage. Make sure to only look at the Task Manager tab that reports usage.

When your CPU has any task to perform it will do it at full speed.

Before we get to that, please read the previous post, to which I've quoted below..
To make sure you are reading the right details of your computer, and then determine appropriate action.
