My sister wants a PC and I am planning the parts for it. That's what I got so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hnnHMV Are those parts compatible, is there any improvement I can do? Any help is appreciated.

She plays story games mostly so I would say if it runs cyberpunk then it's going to run most games she wants to play.

1080p, no she doesn't care about raytracing, she told me graphics don't matter as much, if she has to lower settings for better graphics to get a playable fps she will

well I may or may not interest you in the dark side of AMD GPUs if you allow me, (and if it's worth I'll check if it's worth, sometimes Nvidia wins price/performance in certain price brackets)

I found 6750 XT best for 300$ GPU, depends what's the budget, I'm fitting it inside 1000$ budget:

CPU Cooler: Thermalright Assassin X 120 PLUS V2 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler  ($21.79 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI PRO B650-S WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard  ($139.99 @ MSI)
Memory: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory  ($104.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Blue SN580 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  ($119.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: *XFX Speedster QICK 319 Core Radeon RX 6750 XT 12 GB Video Card  ($299.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Montech AIR 903 MAX ATX Mid Tower Case  ($75.00 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: MSI MAG A750BN PCIE5 750 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($83.71 @ Amazon)

Features:

  • cheaper MB that will handle any current AM5 CPU if you dropped it in
  • CPU cooler has fan on both sides
  • RAM that's cheaper and has some EXPO certification or something
  • 2TB Storage is plenty no need to divide it into more, if you need more storage add more storage, M.2 leagues faster than regular 2.5" SSD
  • 6750 XT on similar raster speed as 4060Ti, 12GB of VRAM plenty for 1080p
  • Case features ARGB fans, which means the colors can be configured.
  • PSU is bit greater with PCIE5 certification, has bit of headroom over the system to take it easy and have it's fan not going fast for quiet PC most likely.

I posted two builds on here: AM5 build and a 12 gen Intel build.

oh yeah, but I'd pause on RTX 3060 price bracket myself, it's not good GPU if you can get 6750 XT for same price instead and don't care about Nvidia's features

Intel CPUs are often poor for gaming because of the E cores, you were better off with the original build with the Ryzen CPU as it will be much more stable and offer a better 1% lows for the FPS.
