If you can get your hands on used Intel i7 6700k or an Intel i7 7700k. These processors are still amazing gaming processors while can cut down on costs dramatically. 

 

If not, a Ryzen 1600 could be a good choice, pared with a used, second hand GTX 980 ti or a new GTX 1070. I'd suggest at least 8GB of RAM, but 16GB would be better. 

 

P.S. I am only 21 myself and got my first IT qualification when I was 16 so don't worry about age my friend.

I don't really use any chatting software unfortunately, just Facebook and I only really have close friends on there. I use a number of forums to communicate but that is about it.
