What games did y'all buy during the Steam Sale?

I'm trying to see if there's any gems that I've missed.

I bought:

Battlefleet Gothic: Armada + DLC

Hollow Knight is still on sale for $9.89. I've been meaning to get it, just been pushing it off because I'll probably won't play it right now due to other games. Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City are both $4.99 each.

Playing divinity first, still dont know which one to play next.

Got Forza Horizon 3 + Expansion pass from Microsoft Store. Planning to play it on weekdays

Haha, Hollow Knight looks like a cute game. I was never a huge fan of the fighting style for the Batman games.

I'm stoked for Prey. System Shock 2 was one of my favorite games, and Prey is supposed to have a very similar feel to it.

No, I am only using both accounts.

Don't have much time to play on weekdays, so something relaxing which I can play for a while, Forza now

On weekends I have more time, so can focus on Nioh

Haha I hear ya. I've bought games during every sale even though I've been without a PC to run them for over a year and a half.

Ahhh yes makes sense. Sort of the same reason I have a console and (soon) a PC.

Plus Netflix is just easier to get to on a console.

The new Hitman? I got that for Xbox, it's not bad! Almost too many ways to win though. If you're a completionist it's going to drive you insane. Or you'll love the fact it's going to take forever

Yeah Hotline Miami 1 + 2 is about 5 bucks right now, it's for sure worth it.

 

Oh and I forgot I got Super Meat Boy as well because it's already on my too-rage-inducing-never-play-again-list.

Added it to my list. Have you ever played Forced Showdown? You might like that one, it has a neat concept. It's on sale for $6 with all the DLC.

For DS3 I presume?

Because I died like 10 times. Every time I walk in the room he lunges at me and takes out 50-75% of my health in his combo attacks and basically shreds me.

Haha. I know but for some strange reason I thought DS3 would be easier....

The first time I got into DS1 on 360 I was really good at it and hardly died. 

 

EDIT:

If someone gifted me ds3 I would play it, but I'm not going to let 15~ dollars be sunk into a game I can't beat, or wouldn't play too much.

Though I'd git gud if someone gifted it to me.

Cool idea for a thread,

I only got one game during this sale, I've been trying to save money recently. Plus I've been playing Destiny 2 and Fallout 4, two large games that have tons of content (especially because my save on Fallout 4 is in survival mode).

However, I purchased Cuphead, it was only a few dollars off, and I would of gladly paid full price for it. I just started the game yesterday. My girlfriend has been wanting to play it, we plan on playing through the whole game together. It is surprisingly challenging, also it does not have online multiplayer! only local!
