First build for a friend

This is what my friend is thinking of building for his first build just wanted to get a second opinion from you guys as to whether its any good.

For sub 500 pounds, its pretty solid. You'll get more longevity out of a Ryzen system though, I would consider that route since the CPU isnt much more and you'd still be able to stay in budget

The RAM and GPU aren't in stock. You'll have to change those. 

The CX450M and Pure Power 10 400W would be better PSUs for the same price. 

Don't use the filter for the motherboard chipset. There is a Z170 board available for less than the motherboard you chose.
