I7 4930k scoring lower than a 3930K in cinebench,

Just thought, via cinebench R15, my 4930K averages a score of 1047, with a 3930K beating it, both here being at stock settings,

Could it be that there's background resources hogging cycles on my cpu or? 

Suggestions?, thank you!

My PC (Known as TRX):

—CPU: TR 1900X

—Ram: 16GB Corsair Dom Plats "ROG Edition"

—Graphics: GTX 1080 Ti FTW3

—Motherboard: Asrock X399 Taichi

—Storage: 512GB Sabrent Rocket, 2.5TBs HDD

Yeah, look in task manager, see if cinebench is always at at least 99.7% CPU usuage

Check Taskmanager if anything is running?

What is the average score for a 4930K anyway? And thank you for the suggestion, the main one there is nvidia control panel? If that's anything?

This might be an okay reference. Seems like the 3930 and 4930 are pretty much on par.

The 3930k in Cinebench is overclocked a fair bit, not quite sure by how much though

Xeon e5649@4.4 GHz on Asus Rampage II Extreme or Gigabyte x58a-OC (whatever I feel like to set up at a time) , 6x4 GB Kingston HyperX 1600, Gainward GTX 670 Phantom, Samsung 840 Evo 240 GB, BeQuiet L8 530W

It looks like the 4930k actually has lower all core turbo than the 3930k. And ivy bridge and Sandy bridge are basically the same thing, so the difference in clock speed explains it

It states it's at 3.3ghz which is odd o.O the 3930k that is.
