best under 200 (in USD) for me its between the VG245H which is 75hz or the G2460PF which is 144hz. Both are 1080p and honestly depends on what you want in your monitor.

the 75hz is an Asus monitor which includes their whole eyecare flicker free thing

the 144hz is an AOC monitor and the brightness at stock is WAY high. PcCentric reccomends the 2/100 setting. yeah, Two.

Otherwise theyre similar is every other aspect that matters

Edit: Gsync by itself adds $200 USD to the price of almost any monitor so if you really want gsync, be prepared for a minimum of $300 (again USD)
