What mouse would you guys recommend instead of my Deathadder elite?

Hey it looks like I will have to RMA my current one so i was curious what mouse would you guys recommend instead.

it started registering a single click as two recently.

Already contacting Razer and the shop I bought it from about this. 

I loved the Deathadder elite because it had what I wanted and it was really comfortable as well but I guess people were right about Razer which is sad. 

 

Budget is whatever since I spent 60 bucks on this damn thing already so I don't really care as long as I get a quality product.

(which I did not get this time sadly)

 

What I'm looking for is: 

 

On the fly DPI changing

At least one but preferrably 2 buttons on the side

A good sensor and of course a nice and comfortable build. 

 

I've heard a lot of people complain about Razer's build quality and I guess they were right but I really hoped that this mouse would hold up for a good couple years :(

I'm not a huge fan of it. It looks uncomfortable and while i do like the unusual design i dislike it's form.

The left click button is concave not convex like the right click so you can't accidentally touch the side buttons

Basically to sum it up. Logitech and Steelseries are great brands and razer is not so whatever you go with, as long as it's not razer, it won't fail. The 310 is good. I just prefer the G502 for the weight system

No they just lack any QC and generally their engineering is bad in areas. Their customer support is also garbage if you are anywhere but America, even then it can be a pain. Linus is sham when it comes to Razer stuff. If you look at twitter Colton, Luke, Edzel, and Taren all complain about their razer laptops with issues that shouldn't even exist. Like faulty trackpads, broken keyboards, and turning on in backpacks and causing some serious heat

I've never had an issue with it. Where it's situated you actually have to reach back a bit to hit it with your thumb.

It also allows for an extra 12 profiles for whatever reason.

I've been using the Roccat Nyth for a while now after years of using the Razer Naga. (Ya, I'm a MMORPGer, I need all the buttons I can get for them macros)

I though Razer's build quality was good, but Roccat beat them with this. The size can also be varied (it comes with 3 bits you can add to reduce or increase width) there are 12 buttons on the side but you can swap them out for 1 large, 2 large or several medium to small buttons as needed. And, best of all they support 3D printed parts so you can technically mould the mouse to your needs. 

The sensor and buttons are plenty sensitive and easily adjustable on the mouse or in software.

Speaking of which: Your profiles are stored on the mouse itself - so unlike Razer who store profiles in the cloud, you don't need to worry about losing net, their servers going down for days (as happened last year), or about software compatibility with other OSes (yay for us Linux users :) )

@Cyberspirit If you really like the size of the deathadder and have large hands like me, the Mionix Naos 7000 is a fantastic, comfortable mouse with 2 side buttons, on-the-fly dpi switching, great software to customize different profiles, and has an excellent flawless sensor too. You should really check it out. After going through several mice it's by far my favorite replacement for the deathadder I had years ago and has pretty solid build quality.
