component to hdmi converter good?

i have a wii with component cables. Are the component to hdmi converter on amazon good? or are they trash?

Well its better then a game cube. component for the game cube is 200$

i guess they are all equally good or bad depending on their price range 

 

if it's just for wii then the cheapest option is a wii to hdmi adapter 

 

does the same thing as the component to hdmi converter but is 10 bucks less and does not need extra power connected. 

 

i have one of these and can't complain. it does upscale to 1080p but it does not improve anything - no smoothing etc.
