Yeah i think that 1000+ posts and at least a quarter of your current posts in reputation should be required for the classifieds.

Wow, did not know it was that low.

The other classifieds on forums boards I visit have either rep + post count + age of account restriction or require a site like Heatware that shows seller and buyer rep as a requirement.
