Need Help with Some Razer Product

I just bought Razer Adaro in Ear. But after a few times of use, these earphones have a defect that the right part is not functioning. Unfortunately the product warranty is end, because I do not know it. Fyi the damage occurred exactly 2 years after purchase, but I rarely use these earphones.
 
Do you have any suggestions for fixing it? Or you can tell me how to dissamble this earphone, i just want to check it my self. Please help me, I love this product and Razer of course, that's why I want to find the problem with my earphone.

The only help you'll get from this Forums towards Razer is this:

 

Do not buy any Razer products, overpriced pieces of junk with nothing but gaming marketing to back it up.

Most likely a faulty wire or connection.

Open them up to get to the drivers (speakers), and check/resolder the wires. Check for guides on ifixit. 

Custom pinewood case, Corsair CX 600W, Rampage 3 Extreme, i7 980x (@4.2ghz) with ML240 Cooler,  MSI GTX 970, 24gb DDR3, 240gb OCZ Tr150 SSD + 2Tb Seagate Baracuda. 

 

Advocate for used/older hardware. Also one of the resident petrol heads.

Age probably, not being used for a long period of time may have weaken the magnet (?). CMIIW. check the wires and if you can, change it.
