Why 1700?

1600 or 1600X should be more than enough, and will leave you enough budget to go with a slightly better GPU in the future.

 

if you want to upgrade GPU, then wait for the 1070Ti

Your GPU is fine, but that CPU needs an upgrade.   Don't get a 1700 though.  Currently games don't use more than 6 cores, and most use fewer.

CPU needs an upgrade, GPU is good enough,  get an R7 1700X if you do any sort of editing but if you dont then just go with an I7.

Yeah, that's probably going to be a card that's coming out soon. in case vega wasn't fucked to oblivion already.

Get a 1600 instead and sell your CPU/Motherboard/RAM/GPU to get a used GTX 970 ;)
