Allow some ads disabled

AdsBypasser (FULL)

and

Disconnect

and

Avira Browser Safety (Protection)

For ghostery the privacy filters in origin block the same thing, as for protector the standard block anti ablock filter hasn't let me down yet but keeping it is probably a good thing to keep after a second look
