No it's pretty impossible to get one that plays Rocket League at 60fps max settings at 1080p I presume unless you find a insane deal

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

I used to have a sandy bridge i7 (2620m) with intel hd 3000 and it got about 40fps

It was probably auto-changing the resolution down to something like 480x320. For the price you want you might as well just buy a console.

It wasnt changing resolutions screen would either flicker or start getting grainy if it was.

You could try the dell outlet store. They have the Dell 5576 for a little under $500 (if you want to be a little shady they are willing to drop the price if you try and cancel the order). I ended up with a  Dell 7567 for a little over $620 with the IPS display from there (they goofed and sent me the gtx 1050 model instead of the 1050ti so dropped it another $100). It's in perfect condition. I would say wait though. The new 7577 models are coming out on the 12th and will push down the price on these older models.
