Only half of my 16GB of RAM is showing up on BIOS

Tonight, I was actually packing the motherboard for return, then I re-seated my processor, and re-installed my memory sticks. Suddenly, POOF and the BIOS showed 16384MB installed. I think that it was because of one pin or more pins actually not seated well. This is AMD boyzzz....
