Can i build a 1000 euro pc with a gtx 1070 in it

I'm getting/building a gaming pc with a 1000 Euro budget. My dream is it have a gtx 1070 into it. Would it be possible or do I have to down grade

Everything is possible, but do yourself a favor and add a bit more and buy a SSD.

But my issue with it is you can get better stuff for cheaper.

 

You could get a CXM, S12ii/M12ii, or pure power 10 all for same price or cheaper.
