How Much Internet Bandwidth does Prime95 Use?

It just so happened that tonight I decided to put my Acer V15 Nitro with an Intel i7-6700HQ to good use by joining the Giant Internet Mersenne Prime Search through running Prime95 in the background.
Before I indulge too much in the race to find the largest prime number, I was wondering exactly how much of my internet bandwidth will be consumed by this process. My internet service provider (Rogers Wireless) has placed a cap of 100 gigabytes on my ADSL usage. Since Rogers and Bell are the most reliable ISPs in Toronto, I am reluctant to switch to a lesser known ISP even though they offer unlimited home internet due to concerns with reliability.
Secondly, I have been noticing a worrying trend amongst Skylake i7 processors where the CPU undergoes rapid temperature spikes (increase in temperature by 23 Celsius in one second) and tends to thermal throttle very frequently. With my current setup (Acer V15 Nitro, CoolBost turned on) the application (Prime95) utilizes around 99% of the CPU heats it up to a whopping 97 degrees Celsius.
While I am aware that my respective CPU's Tj max is 100 degrees Celsius, can I affect the longevity of my processor my running it 3 Celsius below its Tj max for approximately 10 hours daily? Besides, my room temperature fluctuates between 19-20 Celsius.
Thank you.
Prime 95 shouldn't really use any noticeable internet from my understanding.
As for the CPU Health - Usually, CPUs don't run at their max temperatures. I'd put a higher throttle on it - perhaps even down to 80.
