best dual gpu's for watercooling

hey guys,

im looking for the best 2 gpus for watercooling, the dont need a fancy cooler since they will be replaced with a water block im just looking for a "cheap"(1080/ti) with stable overclocking

they OC pretty much all the same, just get the cheapest one that can fit a block

Get the cheapest one that has a full cover waterblock available.

it's typically easier to find a block for founders cards, or you can get cards that come with waterblocks installed and maybe save a couple bucks
