Section 63(7) goes into more specifics but part (b) is just completely unnecessary if you ask me.

yea that is possibly true I didn't quite fully understand that part but is sounds about right for our government to do that. It ok that I add this to the main article part (I will just copy and paste it) and site you for this

Actually in regard to the EU can I go to the European court of Human rights and claim that it violates my rights?

 

I can actually see the EU blocking something like this, they did for the collect the IP address of every site you visit bs.

For example, Germany has introduced an anti free speech law to combat hate speech in social media. Even the UN doesn't like it demanded an answer from Germany.

I don't use social media so whatever. It is just another attempt to silence government critics. The mainstream media is completely uncritical similar to the US

yes, but you better do it quick as we might not be a member of the court for long
