GPU Timing

I just bought an asus strix 4070ti super and I'm having huge MS spikes in game. I know its frame timings and I went to look at the asus gpu tweak 3 and it was showing my gpu clock speed being at almost 4000 when it was set to 2700. Anyone ideas on how to fix or troubleshoot the issue? I've done DDU and reinstalled drivers but that hasn't fixed my issue. I have a corsair rm850x and an asus z-790p with 32gb of ram.

Counter Strike, on my 3070 I was playing and would have between 4-10 ms and on the 4070ti super, it was jumping from 5-100 quite frequently.

CS is a onliine mmo, its probably something tied to your internet. Did you do a cmos rest of the mobo yet? Youll have to go re-setup your bios settings though. What software is telling you this info?

Yeah, I had contacted Asus and they are wanting to do an RMA. I downloaded both gpu tweak and msi afterburner after installing the gpu but I believe those are of the problems. Thank you guys for the help!

Are we talking about connection latency or frame time latency?
