If you are doing professional work, how hard would it be to go directly for source? https://www.google.com/permissions/trademark/our-trademarks.html

They even have contact info to ask permissions or clarify use of things. By hunch using exact image/action for advertising isn't ok, but using pic with copyright mark might go for.
