I think i have it...

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/280Qy

So I think i have finally found all the right parts to make my first build but any more suggestions are welcome, let me explain what i want to get out of this build, Gaming, Livestreaming, Commintating, Music Recording, and Video Editing.

Games that I play are; World of Tanks, War Thunder, Smite, Eve Online, Battlefield, Borderlands, World in Conflict, Wargame, Left 4 Dead, Skyrim, Crysis, GTA, Minecraft and Call of Duty.

I also eventually want to have a triple monitor set-up (5760 x 1080) what do you guys think? Should I swap something out, I'm trying to keep things as low as possible cost wise but also getting the best price to performance also red and black is the theme for this build :P anyway let me know what you guys think!

The "free version" hehe...

As for changes I would probably go for an i7 or an 8350 since you plan on Livestreaming and Editing.

Also get a Hyper 212 Evo over the V8, it is cooler and quieter

http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2664&page=6

Oh and as everyone else has said wait for non-reference coolers for the 290.

I did like that you went with Intel and Seagate. However, lose the R9 290x and go with something NVidia, like a 770, or if you can afford it, a 780. There are a ton of watercooling blocks both ref and non ref editions. I say look into the NVidia cards.

Looks like a lot of money is being wasted with no effect on performance.

What kind of content are you editing?

Save a few dollars and get  Hyper 212 EVO.

You really don't need all those fans or the fan controller.

Get more memory, it will make a difference in video editing; http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31600c10d16gao.

Buy a decent psu. Something like a Seasonic G Series 650W, 80+ Gold.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

So long as it's XMP and 1.5v, it really is a matter of personal preference. I have had good luck with G.Skill, others prefer Corsair. Pick the part that has the best price presuming the parts are comparable.

Brand doesn't make a difference.
