Warranty is limited to 2 years AFAIK. I think I was mistaken in my earlier post, it's probably been 2 years by now.

Alright dude. My bro's G710 just started being weird, contacted Logitech, he got a reply within a few hours and they're sending him a new one, no questions asked. Great customer service.

Sure it is a little bit bigger/ heavier, but the numbers on screen are a bigger difference than felt in hand. Even though this mouse is ~30% heavier than my last - I never noticed any of it.

I ended up going with the G403 Wireless for a few reasons. It felt better when it came to ergonomics, I preferred the short travel on the scroll wheel click, I don't need the extra buttons on the G502, its wireless, and I got it 50% at BestBuy.

  • 1 year later...

Got my G502 hero a couple of days ago. Bought it primary for editing video/photoshop cause of amount of buttons. Tried to play DOOM 2016 with it. IT FREAKING HEAVY comparing to my main g403 mice. Absolutely useless for FPS.

Yes it's a brick without any weights included.
