You're expecting to get a gaming rig, monitor, and keyboard and headset for $575? You're dreaming.

Not if you go with used PC parts.

I guess it is harder to find good GPU prices, but GTX 980s can be found for ~$250

In that price range I would consider some used parts. Especially the monitor and keyboard and case. I would look into the i5 6400 or7400 for your processor. GPU's have gone up in rice recently but I see some GTX 970's online for under $200. 10 series NVIDIA cards will cost a good amount more. I would not recommend getting a 10 series below a 1060 6GB version. An AMD RX 480 or 580 would be good too but they're a little harder to find at a good price right now. I would get 16GB of DDR3 to save a little money.I cheap CPU cooler and decent power supply and you should be good. If you can find a cheap SSD for a boot drive that would be great too!
