750W would have been ideal, but it should still work.

as long as you keep running your CPU at 4.6 MHz you can take it out of the equation - then you get liek free 140W

I mean if you don't overclock you'll be fine with what you've got, but  750 would be better for some nice tasty overclocking

No that's over a 4 CPU power and a 6700k is rated for 95 watts and it's volts that heat up not GHz

It's a bit closer than I'd say is ideal but should be fine. If it's not then your PC will just shut down and you'll have to get a better PSU so shouldn't do any damage even if it is an issue.

it will depend on the games you play, i haven't encountered any problem with mine. also, i wouldn't SLI 970s, misleading marketing with 3.5 gb vram is not enough for the extra performance you get.

Yeah, no. 650W is more than enough, but you have an EVGA NEX-G - a fairly mediocre supply.

I'd recommend you replace that with an EVGA G2/G3, Corsair RMx/RMi, Bitfenix Whisper or something similar classed to them.

Your PSU isn't great but 650W is the borderline minimum and should be fine.

http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/geforce-gtx-1080-2-way-sli-review,4.html

364W for two bone stock 1080s in SLI alone. Factor in something like a 7700K (add 150W for safety) and you're still under 650W. Just don't OC much, if at all, and nothing wrong with come of it. The electrical performance of the G1 is also nothing to brag about.
