Wait just to be clear, it's normal to redo the bios just by holding f8 on boot up, I know I keep asking that, but that just seems too simple

No, just first process to initiate motherboard from transition using integrated GPU to external GPU

if you not disabling Integrated GPU within the BIOS you can also use that for various reason

 

So I suggest you disabled Integrated GPU to maximize of your RAM usage.

Ok, i just realized you can go into windows from an earlier post, so you should be good.

 

BTW did you have previous video card in the system? If so, I would do something known as Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

Processor-Intel Pentium G4560

Mobo-Msi B250M Mortar Arctic

GPU-Need Help

HDD-WD Caviar Blue 1TB 

Casing-Armaggeddon Vulcan V2Fx

RAM-Crucial ballistix 4gb(x2)

PSU-Anything that has at least 450 Watt
