Hi everyone i am looking for a upgrade for my friends pc, was thinking to upgrade hes graphics card and ram, since hes CPU is pretty good

Would be awesome with some help towards what specifict parts to buy *

-your friend can safely use a 1080ti without bottlenecking it, any gpu is fine, i suggest a rx480 for cheap or wait for vega, gtx 1070, 1080, 1080ti are good bets if your friend has the money. 

- get another 8gb ram

A 1070 would be good and 16gb of ram

upgrading the gtx760 would be an improvement yes, and would yield a larger fps boost than the RAM probably so do that first I would recommend

Yup. That's an RX580 8GB. Doesn't really matter what brand it's from, but the biggest ones are MSI, Gigabyte, and Sapphire. IDK if Zotac makes AMD cards.
