A few thoughts:

1. You'll want to go for a Z270 board if you want the overclocking.

2. Get 16GB RAM, it'll work so much better.

16GB RAM is recommended
Bump GPU to RX 480/580 or GTX 1060 6GB or higher if possible
Mediocre SSD
Aftermarket case fans not necessary

You could downgrade the case to get a CPU cooler if you want, but the stock Ryzen one is pretty good already. you can even do some OC'ing on it.

I question the amount of fans with a silent case choice. Had a Define R4 years ago with lots of fans and it was loud. Anything above 4 fans is typically a bad return on investment.

There's a lot to change there and the first thing is that you're ordering more fans than you can fit. Not only that but those are pretty low quality fans, I would do away with them honestly, and get something like this. Every component changed is better than what you have except where noted.

This PSU is only very slightly worse but $30 less. The case is a matter of choice, you can keep the Define S if you like. The CPU is arguably better, you get a bit less single core performance but 6 cores and 12 threads for the same price. It's hard to pass.

Maybe it's because I use Firefox but I can play a game with 10-12 tabs open and see no performance decrease.

I would strongly suggest a CXM or B3 due to GB Bronze having group regulation.

Don't spend $80 on 8 GB RAM, either do the 2800 for $58 or step up, there's some good 3000MHz RAM for $110.

I would get a cheaper motherboard instead so you can fit the 16GB. Unless you know that you'll need SLI

there's no reason to get such an expensive board, and no reason to get such expensive RAM for 8GB.

use this build. that RAM probably won't run at it's rated speed anyway.

also, I built a system with the PC mate literally a few hours ago (5 hours ago to be exact) and it's a really nice board. looks good, boots fairly quickly with the latest BIOS, etc.
