Representing Uruguay , only one state owned ISP here the speed is not bad compared to some of you though .

70 dollars a month from Comcast, I'd get something else but this is what my apartment building is wired for, I kinda hate it.

Anyone above 7MB/ps should not complain unless they pay more than 80 bucks a month... I am serious - I can barely watch YouTube...

This is Government Grade fibre internet in the NT of Australia.
Yes this is the best you can get in the NT, my connection at home is 9 down and 0.2 up to nearest server.

I had this speedtest done.

 

BUT, I downloaded Max Payne 3 a little after this, and I downloaded it at 786 Mb/s (98.3 MB/s) which tells me (with my basic networking skills) that since only 80% of the connection is usually used, I must have a 1Gb/s connection for download.

@Col Sorry but since I saw you hated me for my connection I had to post this ^^

 

Wow! 19.2 GB download remaining  with an estimated time of 3 min 26 sec. This would roughly take me around 18 HOURS!
