Whats the best way to position LED strips

So i've heard that its best to place on LED strip on either side of the side panel window then i've also heard its best to put them on the top and bottom. Which one is it?

like said above, I have mine tucked into the top and side. They're not visible even if you open the case.

Anywhere they don't point straight to your eyesight. Light up a component or background of a component but not to your direct eyesight.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

Do u just run the power plug out the water cooling holes?

Actually, it's battery powered. I hooked the battery back directly up to one of the molex connectors.
