Hello guys it`s rage here and today i want you beautiful guys and women to help new upgrade my gpu i want to know if there is any gpu that is close or better then the 1070 but cost around 100 dollars less

Can't have all you want. I want a 1080 ti for 500$ less than a 1080 ti cost but can't find it cause it doesn't exist.

That said, paired with an i3 ( ur cpu ),

I would pick a rx 580 maybe ? going over a gtx 1070 is little too much for that cpu

a used GTX 980ti is faster than a GTX 1070 if you overclock it to around 1450mhz core and 8000mhz memory you need like a 2150mhz GTX 1070 to match it's performance which is not very common (i know, i had both cards)

then, if it's a pre-build you also need a new power supply...and maybe a new case.

I'm still kind of pissed that I walked past a store which sells refurbished/second hand electronics, and saw a Gigabyte 980ti G1 Gaming for around $50 less than what I paid for my GTX 970 in the same shopping center. And even more pissed that I'd have been able to afford it if it wasn't for having to save up to replace a dodgy PSU+motherboard.

last week evga had bstock 980ti VR gpus for 259.99 shipped, i paid 469 plus tax for a gaming x 1070 last year in june so this is seriously $200 cheaper. and come to find out the 980ti actually beats my 1070.

at stock 980ti firestrike: 17000+

a stock 1070 firestrike: 19000+

OC 980 ti firestrike: 21,133

OC 1070 firestrike: 20,900

i could push them both a little further but this is close to thier max on air. the 980ti has more overhead room than the 1070.
