Windows key on the keyboard not working

Zeok
Go to solution Solved by minibois,

Check MSI's 'Dragon app' or whatever it's called. Maybe it's disabled over there.

I am not sure where should I post this...
I am using a MSi Laptop GP62MVR 7RF.
So the windows key does not work at all. It is as if the windows key does not exists. I went to keyboardtester.com and the thing just doesn't register my windows key at all.
I have tried using registry solution I found on some other forums but I couldn't find the scancode map registry so I am confused on what to do.

Oh and it also doesn't work with an external keyboard.
Please help :c

if it's a windows key from the laptop then it's an OEM copy that was locked to that laptop

Why are you even messing with the key? Laptops come with the OS installed and activated already.

Second, did you just say you put your key into a random website? You just got scammed m8.

Fn + F2 is supposed to open a menu that WIN + P is suppose to open but now all Fn + F2 does is just types out the letter "P".
