I think i am normal. But i am scared to use my 1080 ti. Scared to see artifacts,crashes if they happen. I dont use drugs. But psychically i am weak. Thanks for help and suggestions.

This is a bit weird but unless you were a complete utter idiot when unboxing it, the GPU will work fine. Your PSU is fine and if for some reason it doesn't work, just sent it back and get it replaced.

why is this in the graphic card section? it sounds more loke a status update, long as you are careful there is nothing to worry about.
