I'll try to search the suggestions' prices, if it's okay, I might buy it.

Although quit old, the gtx 750ti is still a good upgrade. I currently run it, with 4K 60fps in most games, with the only one ever dropping below That Bieng subnautica.

Is this too much for you?

Also, with such a graphics card I suggest you upgrade your RAM cause 4GB is not good-enough for modern games, nowadays 8GB is listed as "minimum" for most new releases (AAA titles) so 16GB is recommended.

I think that the rx470 is as far as your i3 can handle and even so I'm a bit skeptical about the balance of this build, you can consider a second hand 750ti those are cheap, no pci-e power pins required, and would be enough for e-sports and a couple of older titles or not so demanding ones.

If you're not picking about the quality too much then they totally do, frankly a couple of years ago all I had was an i3 laptop with intel hd 4000, that didn't stop me from playing playstation 1 games emulated, some low end games like Amnesia, Age of Empires, Counter-strike Condition Zero, Half Life and so on... You have fun with what you have.

It's good-enough to meet minimum specs for a vast majority of games and if you pair it with an RX 470 it would be a great budget gaming PC. (provided you upgrade the RAM)

Well, my fair crystal leader, I'm in the integrated graphics i3 stage so I'm not much help on these subjects.

I was thinking of upgrading my RAM to 8GB. Well, my choice is now GTX 1050 ti and RX 470... and I searched both of them, I found GTX 1050 TI is cheaper than RX 470.

I live in Philippines, so I searched the prices of GTX 1050 Ti and RX 470... GTX 1050 Ti costs $140 and for the RX 470 costs $200. That means $140 = 6000+Php and $200 = 8000+Php.
