So I'll start off with it... ThioJoe is easily worse than Misha and makes completely clickbait videos. 
He makes up lies to make people that don't know anything about tech think their CPU is spying on them or that they can get a free iphone 6s.

Its completely horrible content, and needs to be stopped.

Anyone else onboard?

The problem is that he presents his content as if it were legitimately real, like The Onion, and like readers of The Onion, they think he's saying the truth.

 

Unless it clearly says somewhere on the channel it's a parody channel.

It's pretty funny sometimes but I think he's set up a real tech channel. And typically by the like/dislike ratio on the vids are a pretty clear cut sign of whats real/not

I'm pretty sure that in the description of each video it says that its a joke but I can't check rn.

In the layman's defense, if it's buried in the description and the user has to click "see more" or whatever, I don't call that "clearly labeled" because descriptions are shortened by default.
