Seriously, give some more details dude. You're looking to buy a PA system? Start your own nightclub? What kind of budget are you on?

Do you want stereo speakers? A surround setup? What form factor? Bookshelf, floor standing?

Does you mum know you're here?

wow OK sorry lol i want to start making music am in my bedroom i dont give a shit for next door just want to have loud set of speakers and bass not sure the best way to connect to the PC do i use house amp i was looking at load wharfedale speakers

The JBL LSR305s are pretty much the king in the under 500$ budget for studio kinda use.

You don't need an amp with LSR 305 or Vantoo T1s since they are powered, which I would recommend for your use case.
