i5 -7600k or ryzen 1700

1700 out of the two but try to get a 7700k if you are using the pc for gaming mainly.

if you already have a motherboard for the i7 id buy that ryzen is still kinda unstable next to the intel chips that have  been out a bit

for only gaming the i5 

for streaming, gaming, render, etc....   i say ryzen

but i5 i thinnk is still a good buy
