10 gigabit NAS build components?

Hey guys i want to build a nas that is capable of 10ge speeds... Wht cpu should I use!? Will an i3 be enough to handle the bandwidh of 10ge network cards?

Is there a reason why you need such speeds?

In one linus's video he used a i3 first wch bottlenecked his network  speeds to about 200MBs... After switching to the 4790k the speed to a rise. To 400MBs.... Whts the issue?

I use a Pentium g4400 on Ubuntu server with samba and get full 10gb speeds. Of course Linus had issues because Linus is Linus

My native language is C++

Linus had that problem when using 4x1Gbit connections using SMBT-shares. A pentium or i3 is good for 10Gbit.
