Do service centers check the device using xray before giving a replacement?

I have a broken Bose soundsport wireless, and I have to take it to the service center because it stopped working. Will they check my broken earphones with xray before replacing it?

DUE TO MANY REQUESTS I HAVE LEFT THIS FORUM FOREVER.

No. They'll debug it and then fix the particular component.

If it can't perform it's intended function, it's busted and you're entitled to a repair. If the repair is unsuccessful, or too difficult, then you're entitled to a replacement, or, failing that, a refund.

 

TL;DR - If they don't work, they'll replace them, regardless of whether or not they look it.

If they're not working they'll replace them. They may not repair them at the shop but they'll probably just give you a new pair and send the busted ones to a location that can do the repairs if they're too complicated/difficult.

 

Not sure what x-ray has to do with verifying that headphones aren't working, they kind of work or they don't.
