dont expect everything to be high/very high.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

An all-in-one water cooler is probably a better choice than the Air Cooler _IF_ you really want to OC @ 5Ghz.

other than that ... if 1 x Titan XP  is not enough, you can always get another one later, yes?

I'm hesitant of AiOs because of possible leakage. And I really can't afford two Titan XPs, but I guess 2 GTX 1080's in SLI would work.

I'm a fan of buying the best for the job - and for 4k this is the TitanXP.

I you are willing to drop to 1440p Ultrawide or just standard ratio 1440p, then the 1080 (ultrawide) and 1070 (std 1440p) are fine.

It all comes down to how far from 'ultimate' settings are you willing to drop.     A single 1080 at medium settings is usable at 4K.   (usable, not optimal).

Seriously, get the Titan XP if you really have the money.    This will minimize compromise - but even that at 4K is not 'always ultra settings' capable for all games.    If you dont care about compromise then a single 1080 will also do the job.

If the games you support work in SLI, then grab 2x 1080's for sure

Fear of leaking is a far more common problem than really actual leaking.

But the cooler is only a concern if you are going for 5Ghz.  if you are like 4.8 and lower, what you start with is fine.

You don't need 64 GB RAM for gaming, its complete overkill. Same thing with the power supply. I would recommend 2 1080s over a single Titan XP.

I have a h100i for 4+ years and never had a problem with it. AiOs are the best. Just make sure to buy a decent one. Corsair and NZXT have great AiOs.

Even for rendering (some video editing benchmarks should be somewhere in this video):

Stick with 32GB, it's easy to upgrade anyway.

I love how a $2000 GPU "isn't enough"  now I know that one guy will be like, 'oh I have 28 Titan XP' s in sli,  they aren't that expensive' but to me that's a lot. That's a little more than the price of my future computer. Lol.

It actually is and isn't. You can play Games at 4k on Max resolution with 30fps or you can tone down a few setting and get consistent 60fps. I tried using Nvidia DSR to 4k on my 1080p ultra wide on Witcher 3 and if I toned down like shadows, Nvidia Hairworks and water by a little bit I got consistent 60fps.

The Noctua should be fine, it's almost as good as a 280 AIO, better than a few 240 rads.

But, I wouldn't worry about an AIO leaking. I've had my PC in my 18-Wheeler for just over a year and it hasn't developed a leak.

64gb is too much and dominator is a waste of money. With the 1080ti on the horizon i would not buy a titan now.
